1. Services & Orders

a) Quotes & Estimates

All quotes and estimates provided by Cascadia Countertops are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Prices may be subject to change based on material costs and project scope.

b) Deposit & Payment Terms

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order and begin work.
The remaining balance is due upon project completion.
Payments must be made via [accepted payment methods, e.g., credit card, e-transfer, or cheque].

c) Cancellations & Refunds

Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been ordered or work has begun.
If the project is canceled before material procurement, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.

2. Installation & Project Completion

a) Scheduling

Installation dates are scheduled based on availability and may be subject to delays due to material supply or unforeseen circumstances.
We will notify customers of any significant changes to timelines.

b) Site Preparation

The customer is responsible for ensuring the work area is clear and accessible before installation.
Delays caused by site inaccessibility may result in additional charges.

c) Final Approval

A final walkthrough will be conducted to ensure customer satisfaction.
The remaining balance must be paid in full within 48hrs of completion of project.

3. Warranty & Liability

a) Product Warranty

We provide a 1 year warranty on materials and workmanship. Warranty details vary by product type.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper maintenance, or natural wear and tear.

Cascadia Countertops is not responsible for damages caused by improper use, installation delays due to external factors, or issues arising from pre-existing structural conditions.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service provided.
